Philosophy, Mission & Values:
Art of Alignment’s Creative Leadership Coaching Program supports the “Philosophy of Possibility”.
Through this lens, our mission is to assist creative individuals in developing their visions of insight, trusting their intuition and ascertaining that if you can dream it, you can create it! We are committed and focused on developing trust, respect, compassion and integrity. We believe that these values are indispensable in growing the best Creative Leaders on the planet!
Description of CLCP
Art of Alignment’s Creative Leadership Coaching Program is a program designed for individuals who have teaching experience and who would like to transfer their teaching skills to the career of coaching. Performing artists, teachers and all creative types already have the intrinsic qualities required to become outstanding coaches. In fact, they have a leading edge due to their teaching and “people management” experience. We believe that the most important components to becoming an outstanding coach are confidence and compassion. Through developing a sophisticated tool set that includes mindful awareness and personal responsibility, you will positively leverage yourself to become mindfully empowered and develop a heart-centered approach.
This program is a “lifestyle” training in becoming the best human being and coach that you can be so that you might coach others in becoming their best selves!
Here is our amazing Tribe of Mindful Creative Leadership Coaches-In-Training for our 2020-2021 Class!
Stay tuned for our second training beginning in September 2021!

Spanning over two decades as a creative director, choreographer, and educator in live stage, visual media, television, music videos, and film, I am known to break conformity and expand what’s possible by integrating multicultural blended heritages in both commercial and contemporary forms.
I use art-based activism to unite people globally and bring awareness to social issues.
My area of interest is…
…to guide professionals in uncovering their true worth and achieving optimum success using creative mind-body alignment tools.

Charles-Alexis Desgagnés
Based in Montreal, I am a self-taught contemporary dancer, choreographer and teacher, working professionally for eight years.
I travelled the world with my backpack for a year in 2016, lived in New-York city at twenty years old, self-produced a dance production from A to Z in 2018 and went to the finale of Revolution, a French-Canadian dance TV show to inspire people and share my art with the world.
I love to lovingly challenge, I am a doer and a compassionate dragon that simply adores communicating with other people and understanding the world around me. I value creativity, vulnerability and the possibilities of life. I choose to tap in my ultimate potential and my self-love to inspire people around me to do the same using the tools of Creative Leadership.
My area of interest is…
…to coach fiery young adult men in assisting them into tapping into their sensitivity, vulnerability and tenderness to help them become the courageous mindful creative leaders that our world needs.

I am part of several dance community collectives and a main choreographer at Korzo Theater Productions.
My area of interest is…..
….to guide aspiring and professional women and girls in the creative and performing arts field who desire to grow, explore and express themselves creatively & freely in becoming the best version of themselves.

Guillermo Blinker
I am a performer, dance/movement teacher and choreographer raised and based in the beautiful city of Amsterdam.
Under the name, OTION, I perform as an MC, singer/songwriter, and spoken word poet. Inspired by hip hop culture, neo soul music, spiritual philosophies and my afro Surinamese roots, I find myself standing in the middle of the ancestral and the futuristic as I aim to create magic in the moment.
My performances organically blend dance, live music, sung and spoken word with a strong emphasis on storytelling. I’m passionate about instant creation on stage because I believe “the moment” is the most powerful instrument. As of 2020 I’m also published writer featured in the art book “Inside Black”
My areas of interest include…
– mindful communication that transforms.
– guiding professional stage performers to consciously use their creative expression as a healing practice.
– indigenous ancestral shamanistic tools and rituals to help restore the relationship of gay and bisexual men with their masculinity and sexuality.

I graduated from drama school in 2016; this is where I learned the “tools” to become an actress. I say “tools” because what makes me the artist I am is multiple.
It’s my background in gymnastics, my love affair with self-help books, my struggle with addiction in my late 20s, it’s that weird 3 years parenthesis I spent in University studying Translation, all of these travels and mostly that Pride week-end in Germany, it’s the month I worked in a long-term healthcare facility, and it’s also this late discovery of the flow I’m in when I’m at the pole dance studio. It’s all this.
I bring all of this with me, whether I’m on a stage in front of 500 people or when I’m having a one-on-one coaching session with an actor.
My area of interest is…
…to create a safe space for professional actors to work on their confidence and self-love, and to discover the philosophy of possibility through boundary setting.

I was raised in the beautiful Venezuelan Isla de Margarita. I am an internationally-recognized choreographer, performer, and instructor specializing in Brazilian Zouk and Lambada. Now based in Hawaii after two decades in NY-NJ, I founded ZenZouk.
I am the host of the New York City Zouk Festival and the Atlantic City Zouk and Play Festivaland. I have performed in over 15 countries, including as dance captain for the world tour of Brazouka, a dance theatre production.
My passion is to cultivate the joy and freedom of partner dancing and solo movement, seeking to inspire and mentor other artists to dive deeply into their craft and artistry. In addition, I am training in Egoscue Postural Alignment.
My area of interest is to…
…work with dancers and non-dancers who are looking for a natural remedy for the midlife crisis funk, and reigniting the fire in their lives using nonverbal skills, mindfulness, and physical awareness through the eyes of partnering dance.

I am a professional dancer and healer. I grew up in Sweden with parents from Iraq. At the age of 22 I took my first step in changing my life. I went for my dream, My American Dream of becoming a professional dancer leaving behind my 9 to 5 job and a career as a hairdresser.
New York City was my first destination, as I studied in a 1-year program at BroadwayDance Center. The courage to go for my dream gave me the unexpected opportunity towards self discovery.
Today I am giving back what I have learned in my own process of fear, rejection and destruction being the rebel that I am and living in my truth. I am an intuitive healer and in training to become a Creative Leadership Coach, I am excited for what’s to unfold in front of me. One Love.
My area of interest is…
…to guide rebels and outsiders who do not fit the systematic box. I want to help those who identify as rebels and outsiders to reach a place of full self-expression, a sense of belonging and connection.

Janelle Hacault
Through compassionate listening, targeted questions explored, and body-sense investigations, I unlock my client’s inner compass to direct them back home to themselves into more acceptance in who they are and what they can contribute to the world.
I specialize in moving through the process of grief from loss and unleashing the hidden blessings such experiences present us.
My clients gain a deeper sense of security within themselves by diving into their own body in the present moment, uncovering their emotions, releasing the energetic burdens they have been carrying, and gaining daily tools to develop the inner strength needed to thrive in the life of their dreams.
From years of life experience of losing my ability to dance, losing my mother, losing my husband, and losing my job, I am equipped to help guide my clients back on their feet, develop resilience and reignite their inner freedom and joy.

I am a citizen of the world having grown up in a multicultural environment in France, with deep roots from Mauritius. I love exploring art through different outlets such as singing in a gospel choir, participating in multidisciplinary artistic projects, or creating songs inspired from my heart and Nature, my most favorite muse.
Considering life as a wonderful teacher for the curious being I am, I enjoy passing on my knowledge – in the sphere of music or french language – in a way that nurtures confidence, as the blossoming of people is such a beautiful vision to witness.
My area of interest is…..
….to guide adult women, mid-20’s to late 40’s, into embracing and nurturing themselves with self-love, self-acceptance and tenderness.
